Michelle Zuccolo, Sophia Mundi’s IB Visual Art Teacher, has been selected as one of 128 semi-finalists in the 2018 Doug Moran National Portrait Prize (DMNPP). Australia’s richest art prize with prize money of $180,000 including a $150,000 first prize.
Run by the Moran Arts Foundation, the DMNPP (which is celebrating its 30th anniversary) invites entries of original works from Australian artists, capturing Australians from all walks of life, whether a public figure or someone from their own circle of experience
The 2018 DMNPP finalists will be announced on Wednesday 17 October and the winners will be revealed on Thursday 1 November.
